Welcome to Streamerz LTD. These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, radio streaming services, and websites operated by Streamerz LTD.
By downloading, accessing, or using any Streamerz LTD mobile app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

5. Audio Streaming & Third-Party Content
Our apps may stream radio content and other media from third-party radio stations and content providers. Streamerz LTD is not responsible for:
- The availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party streams or content;
- Any changes to programming, schedules, or content made by radio stations;
- Broadcast interruptions, buffering, or technical issues originating from third-party servers.
All streamed content remains the property of the respective radio station owners or content providers.
6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
By purchasing a subscription or in-app product, you acknowledge that:
- Pricing, duration, and features of the subscription are displayed clearly within the app;
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings;
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their policies, and Streamerz LTD cannot issue refunds directly;
- Streamerz LTD does not receive or store your full payment information.
7. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our apps and websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Any conduct or content of third parties, including radio stations or advertisers;
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Any errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or technical issues.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the services.
You may also stop using our services at any time by deleting the app from your device and ceasing use of our websites.

Our apps and websites may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by Streamerz LTD. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services and accept no responsibility for them.
